INTRODUCTION - ALARM MONITORING
We are a total monitoring solutions provider. All Alertline’s alarms are connected directly to our monitoring station facility. When an unmonitored alarm is activated, it’s main function is to try scare off any potential wrong doers, while simultaneously attracting the attention of the public.
A monitored Alertline alarm guarantees that trained professionals respond instantly to any such incident. Our alarms are constantly connected directly to our Monitoring Facility. The fact is, that an unmonitored alarm, with it’s sirens and flashing lights, is no longer a sufficient deterrent.
The Alertline Monitoring Facility is built and maintained to NSAI standards. Your alarms are always connected to our facility. Even if a would-be intruder severs your phone line, your alarm can still communicate with our facility via the GSM network. Our monitoring station even has anautonomous backup facility, which means there is absolutely no possibility of any downtime. All information recorded is stored digitally. |

The station is built to NSAI 228:1997 standards which means it is a poured concrete steel plated bunker. We also have the capability of transferring all of Alertline’s monitoring to a secondary monitoring facility if required. All these factors combined mean that Alertline’s trained professionals are always at hand. Unlike other security providers, Alertline are unique in that we do not out source the monitoring of any of own alarm systems.

WIRELESS MONITORED ALARMS
Alertline’s unique Monitored Wireless Alarm System with two way communication enables the operator to distinguish between a genuine intruder and a false alarm. In the event of an alarm activation, a two way communication channel is opened between the
protected premises and the Alertline Monitoring Facility. The operator uses this channel to accurately determine whether the Gardai should be contacted.
Our alarms systems are installed by trained Alertline engineers and the installation process usually takes approximately two hours. No wires, no mess, no fuss - just complete peace of mind. Alertline also install and monitor wired alarm systems and are able to upgrade and monitor existing alarm systems.
An extra feature of Alertline’s alarms, means that in the event of a phone line being cut or experiencing a fault, the alarm can still contact our monitoring facility by the mobile phone network.
Personal monitored alarm systems are designed to aid the elderly and to give them a sense of independence. In the event that the user has any form of accident, medical emergency or distress of any sort, they can trigger a panic button which will instantly notify the monitoring station. With the use of the intercom system, our trained monitoring staff can ascertain what kind of help is required, for example calling an ambulance or contacting the users family.
ALERTLINE R3
VOICE MESSAGES: Real communication tool, the Alertline R3 alarm unit allows the whole family to record voice messages for eachother.
SPEECH SYNTHESIS: For a user friendlier use, your Alertline R3 alarm unit emits sound signals and voice messages giving information about the system status.
HELP AND FIRE CALLS: One-touch operations to launch help or fire calls.
EASY ACTIVATION: Activate your Alertline R3 with a press of a button.
CHIME FUNCTION: To be notified as soon as someone is entering or leaving your home.
PARTIAL SUPERVISION
The Alertline R3 alarm unit offers flexible operating modes:
- partial supervision
- total supervision
- doors and windows supervision when you are inside your home
Thus the Alertline R3 is protecting you even when you are sleeping.
OPTIONAL GSM BACKUP
In order to guarantee optimal protection under any circumstances, the Alertline R3 alarm unit can be connected to the GSM network. You and your house are then still protected in case of failure of the main telephone line.
ALERTLINE C4
In addition to the event log, real random access memory of the system, the Alertline C4 gives you the opportunity to monitor accesses which allow you to know exactly who puts your system on/off.
FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE ALARM UNIT
Alertline C4 was conceived to answer the most various configurations and is ideal to protect professional premises. The audio verification function allows remote verificataion of the alarm signal. It is thus possible to react in the most appropriate way and in the shortest possible time.

YANA : YOU ARE NEVER ALONE
Directly linked to the telephone line, the YANA terminal allows its users to call and speak hands-free to our Monitoring Facility operators to get either help or services at any time. Calls are triggered simply by pressing the pushbutton – fixed or portable. The dialogue then starts immediately with the operator through the hands-free intercom device.
TRIGGERS
YANA offers a choice of fixed and portable triggers, thus satisfying users in any circumstances
Portable Triggers fit in : Pendants, Wristbands or Clips. Ergonomic, lightweight (25g) and waterproof pushbuttons are specially designed to avoid unwanted activations. They are fitted with an emitting light and a lithium battery ensuring an operating time of 3 to 5 years depending upon trigger type. Low battery level automatically signalled.
